1. The appearance of weighing display, printer and computer shall be clean.

2. Frequently check whether the wiring is loose and broken, and whether the grounding wire is firm.

3. The junction box shall be dry and clean, and the desiccant in the box shall be timely dried and replaced. If there are (water spots) in the box, you can use a hair dryer to dry them.

4. When the instrument is in the gross weight state and the belt scale is empty, if the zero position cursor is not lit, it should be cleared before weighing.

5. The truck scale shall be verified by the legal metrological management department on time.

6. Cut off the power supply of weighing display instrument and other electrical appliances during operation.

7. In case of sudden power failure, the instrument needs to be started in 5 minutes.

8. Electric arc welding is not allowed on the platform.

9. The platform top of the weighing platform must be removed, and there shall be no stones, coal and other foreign matters in the gaps around and at the bottom of the weighing platform.

10. Power supply shall be cut off when working and parking, and vehicles or goods shall not stay on the platform for a long time.

11. Weighers shall be trained and certified.

12. Do not open the instrument.
