How is an electronic truck scale composed? An electronic truck scale is roughly composed of five parts. The main components must work together to make a truck scale operate normally.

Foundation: The electronic truck scale shall be installed with concrete foundation. The foundation must ensure sufficient foundation bearing capacity to avoid foundation rework due to insufficient design.

Weighing platform: also known as electronic truck scale body, which is a surface steel structure for trucks. The platform of Zhongli Weighing is composed of modular parts, which are connected together to reach the required length.

Load cell: it is a sensor to measure the weight on the weighbridge. In most modern weighbridges, the platform is supported by the load cell itself. Load cell is the key component to ensure the reliability of truck scale. High level manufacturing process of Zhongli sensor makes the sensor quality better.

Weighing display: sometimes called instrument, it is the control panel of electronic truck scale. It displays the weight value to the operator and is usually used as the connection point of external equipment of other electronic truck scales.

Cable: the signal from the load cell must be transmitted to the instrument. In most cases, this is done by the cable.
