1. The appearance of the weighing display, printer and computer of the electronic weighbridge shall be kept clean.

2. Frequently check whether the wiring of the electronic weighbridge is loose and broken, and whether the grounding wire is firm.

3. When the electronic weighbridge instrument is in the gross weight state and empty, if the zero cursor is not lit, it should be cleared before weighing.

4. Keep the weighbridge junction box dry and clean, and dry and replace the desiccant in the box regularly. If there are water drops in the box, it can be dried with an electric hair dryer.

5. The electronic weighbridge shall be regularly verified by the legal metrological management department.

6. In case of sudden power failure, the instrument shall be restarted after 5 minutes.

7. When off duty, cut off the power supply of the weighing display and other electrical appliances.

8. Always clean the platform of the weighbridge, and there shall be no stones, coal blocks and other foreign matters stuck in the clearance around and at the bottom of the platform.

9. It is prohibited to conduct arc welding on the electronic truck scale platform.

10. Cut off the power supply when shutting down after work, and do not stay on the platform of the weighbridge for a long time.

11. It is strictly forbidden to open the weighing display instrument facilities of the weighbridge without permission. If there is any problem, please contact the technical department of the relevant supplier in time.

12. Electronic weighbridge users shall be trained before taking up their posts.
