Maintenance and use of electronic truck scale

The electronic truck scale is mainly composed of a load bearing device, a weighing display instrument (hereinafter referred to as the instrument), a weighing sensor, a connector, a limiting device, a junction box, etc.

1、 Use of electronic truck scale

1. After installation, the weighing instrument of the electronic truck scale can be put into use only after being verified by the local metrological department or the ******** authorized metrological department.

2. Before using the electronic truck scale, please check whether the scale body is flexible and the performance of supporting parts is good.

3. After the electronic truck scale is turned on, it can be used after the display is stable.

4. When the vehicle enters the weighing platform, the speed shall be less than 5km/h, then brake slowly, and measure after the vehicle is stationary.

5. The car shall be parked in the middle of the weighing platform of the electronic truck scale as far as possible.

6. When the "stable" indicator light is on, the instrument reading can read the correct weight value.

2、 Maintenance of electronic truck scale

1. In order to ensure that the measurement of the system is accurate, free from wind and rain, and conducive to operation, it is necessary to set up a working shed and a weighing room.

2. The connection between the weighing platform of the electronic truck scale and the slope should have a gap of 10-15mm, and there should be no collision and friction, so as not to affect the accuracy of the electronic truck scale.

3. The weight of the truck weighed by the electronic truck scale shall not exceed the rated weight of the electronic truck scale system.

4. In order to ensure the normal measurement of the weighing instrument, it should be calibrated regularly.

5. Do not clamp any foreign matters under the scale platform.

6. The operator of the scale can only operate through training. Before mastering important knowledge, the maintenance personnel shall not dismantle any parts at will to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy or damaging the system of the electronic truck scale.

7. Yao, the operator of the instrument, should read the operation manual carefully and be familiar with the maintenance method of the instrument before it can be used formally.

8. Before the electronic truck scale system is powered on, check whether the power supply and grounding equipment are reliable. When the electronic truck scale system is turned off, unplug the power plug of the instrument to cut off the power.
